WHAT OUR CERTIFICATION PROCESS INCLUDES

  • Client onboarding call. We have a one-on-one with the client to understand their goals, current position, and ensure they are in the right place.
  • Streamlined application process. We have every SLED & Fed certification broken down into easily interpretable processes. We have everything that can be templated , templated.
  • Client Registrations. We register the client as a vendor with the agency they're certifying with, and set up daily email alerts based on NIGP, UNSPSC or NAICS codes.
  • Fill-In-The-Blank Forms. We send the client all of our certification-specific forms to be filled in with application-related questions. This could be listing of previous contracts, DBE ownership & management worksheets, reference sheets for WBENC or NMSDC, or company equipment lists.
  • Main Certification Checklist. We send the client the main checklist of certification-supporting documents we need to complete the application. We highlight all items that we believe are N/A, and only leave them with a list of documents they can easily access or have on file.
  • Letters of Explanation. For all N/A items and documents required for certification, we draft a 'letter of explanation' reasoning why this document may not be applicable to the applicant firm. We have the client sign all N/A documents before uploading.
  • Certification Submission. We complete the application, upload all documents and letters of explanation, audit the file one last time, then send it off for review.
  • Approval Management. We keep in touch with the client during agency review, ensuring any requests for additional documentation or information are promptly taken care of an answered. We are here until certification approval, even if it means a resubmission or appeal process.
